Login to your SparkIT Pay Dashboard, Search for the specific transaction using the given filters. After you have located the transaction, Towards the Extreme Right Side of the Screen there is a button where you can raise a refund request.
The Refunds process will be initiated in the same day ( Subject to Sufficient Funds in the AggrePay Account). It can take almost 5 to 21 Days for the refund amount to be reflected in your customers bank account.
